New plans have been put forward to build a tower block on a plot of land next to Chiswick Roundabout.
Developer Starbones Ltd wants to build a 21-storey block, Holly House, which is smaller than the original proposals.
The developer had wanted to build The Chiswick Curve which would have been a mixed use building of two towers, one 32-storeys and one 25-storeys, containing up to 327 flats.
But this plan was rejected by Hounslow Council, however, a government planning inspector ruled in its favour. This was later over-ruled by the government.
Holly House would be a 40,000sq ft building with offices and commercial space.
The new proposed building would include office and commercial space and around 300, one, two and three bedroom flats on the top 18 storeys.
Starbones is holding online Q&A events for local residents on Thursday 25 February at 7.00pm, Friday 26 February at 1.00pm and Saturday 27 February at 11.00am.
