A Port of London Authority clean-up barge has been clearing the river of debris caused by recent heavy winds.

The barge was packed with fallen tree branches and rubbish that has been blown from the banks into the river.

It was spotted in the river near Brentford Dock which has also suffered from damage to its extensive number of trees surrounding the estate.

Tree surgeons have also been working on the towpath opposite the dock after a number of trees were damaged by high winds.
