Sara Ward will be showing people how to prepare chocolate chilli mince pies with your home-made mince meat during this Thursday's home cooking session.

She is welcoming local people to Hen Corner, her urban smallholding for the online cooking class.

The sessions are designed to help households cook up their own delicious meals at home.

The focus is on learning new skills, foraging in the back of the cupboard, fridge and freezer or simply getting creative with the ingredients.

The online event takes place at 10am, Thursday.
