Brentford FC require an experienced PA to provide high quality, general administrative support to the Senior EA to the CEO and Board Directors to help with the organisation and running of the daily administrative operations of the Club.

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, professional individual who is able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.

This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

This person will have a strong communication and administrative background, likely to currently be working in a similar role but not necessarily in sport but would now want to make a move into an elite sports club.

Main Accountabilities

• General diary management for the CEO, with guidance from Senior EA to CEO and Board of Directors.

• To meet and greet visitors and clients and to direct to the appropriate person, organise refreshments for meetings and ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are kept tidy and presentable at all times.

• Opening and distributing post/franking post and coordinating couriers.

• Assisting with the planning and organisation of meetings and events (some attendance may be required).

• Assisting with the organisation of some travel and accommodation producing travel itineraries, where required.

• Dealing with incoming deliveries to the office.

• Finance administration (creating POs), enquiries and other ad hoc tasks.

• Management of office supplies and inventory, visitor car park bookings and kitchen area including food and drinks orders.

• Any other tasks deemed necessary for the efficient running of the CEO office.

General Club Accountabilities

• To ensure compliance with all relevant Club policies, including health and safety policies and with specific reference to the data regulations (GDPR and PECR).

• To ensure compliance with all Club and regulatory requirements related to safeguarding, and to ensure the Club's safeguarding processes are followed in the event of any safeguarding concerns.

• To ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, ethical and social requirements.

• To build and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally, maintaining a professional image at all times when representing Brentford FC.

• To keep confidential any information gained regarding the Club and its personnel.

• To maintain a flexible approach to work at all times.
