Brentford households who need repairs during lockdown will still be able to call out the council.

Coalo, which provides the service, will continue to fully operate during the lockdown period, Cllr Guy Lambert Cabinet Member for Highways, Recycling and Companies has said.

Cllr Lambert said: "In accordance with the guidance we will continue to provide a full service to all our residents, offering a range of services.

"However, you may find that our operatives attend your home in personal protective equipment.

"Our responsive service will continue as normal. We have safely and successfully delivered uninterrupted, high quality services throughout the COVID crisis and will continue to do so but will also continue to monitor the guidance from Government."
