Tonight and tomorrow 'Wok At The Brook' will see Guest Chef Nook make his return to the local pub to cook a new, delectable item on the menu for these two nights only.

For a perfect blend of spicy and sour on these warm summer evenings, Chef Nook will make a Glass Noodle Salad with Prawns & Minced Pork is a perfect blend of spicy and sour.

Having amassed a loyal following for preparing delicious, traditional Thai Food in February from Thai Green Curry to Chicken Satay and street food including Moo Ping Bao Buns and Pad Ka Prao, Chef Nook is sure to draw a crowd.
