Restaurant owner, Sam Harrison, will be bringing a new Sam's Kitchen to Chiswick with its grand opening on 18 March 2024.
Previously, Harrison had opened his first ever restaurant, Sam's Brassiere, in Chiswick back in 2005, which closed after 10 years of service.
During the pandemic, Harrison then returned to Chiswick with Sam's Larder, a deli style takeaway and cafe in Turnham Green.
Harrison will bring the old site back to life, starting with a brunch menu that includes Sam's Brassiere's popular breakfast dishes.
He told Brentford Nub News: "And a big part of what we did there (Sam's Brassiere) was breakfast.
"Our first Sam's Kitchen opened in Hammersmith last year and has been really well received.
"People have kindly told me that since we closed the restaurant in Chiswick back in 2015, what was missed was our breakfast and brunch offering and it seemed like a good time to do it again."
The opening of the new restaurant comes as Harrison unveiled back in November 2023, Sam's Waterside in Brentford, as part of The Brentford Project from developers Ballymore.
Harrison continued: "I love the idea that people can come and have a great breakfast with us in Chiswick, they can come and have dinner with us in Brentford, they could come and have lunch or dinner in Hammersmith.
"People can use us for different times of the day and occasions."
Sam's Kitchen intends to use fresh produce from Chiswick House in its dishes, with more variation in ingredients expected to come to the restaurant as spring and summer approach.
Harrison said: "And as we get into spring and summer, Chiswick House will have an abundance of everything from asparagus, peas, broad beans, tomatoes that they grow themselves.
"You can't get much more local than that."
Despite there being several cafes, food stalls and restaurants in Chiswick, Sam Harrison still feels like there is a need for a "good" breakfast spot in the area.
The restaurant owner added: "In our Sam's Kitchen in Hammersmith, there's a gentleman who comes for breakfast, I reckon, on average, four or five times a week.
"And that's quite a compliment.
"If we can have regular breakfast visitors like that in Chiswick, that would be the ultimate compliment."
