Environment Agency warns of high tides on Thames

High tides on the Thames are expected over the coming days and the Environment Agency has issued flood warnings.
Chiswick waterside areas and Strand on the Green could be affected
High tides are expected:
Thursday 27: 3:52am and 4.20pm with river levels of up to 5.3m
Friday 28: 4:39am and 5.05pm with river levels of up to 5.5mSaturday 29: 5.27am and 5.50pm with water reaching 5.5m
Sunday 30: 6:15am and 6.35pm with a height of 5.3mMonday 31: 7:06am and 7.22pm with a high tide height of 4.9m
The Environment Agency's flood alert is in force for the Tidal Thames riverside from Putney Bridge to Teddington Weir.
The alert is likely to be in force for the rest of the week and possibly across the weekend.
The Environment Agency said undefended roads and footpaths will flood at high tide though not properties.
