Elderly woman seriously ill following bus collision in Hounslow

An elderly woman has been left seriously ill in hospital following a bus collision in Hounslow on Friday.

Detectives are appealing for witnesses after two pedestrians were in an accident with a bus at Bath Road, Hounslow.

Police were called at 1:42 pm on Friday, 3 December to reports of a road traffic crash.

Officers and London Ambulance Service [LAS] attended and found two pedestrians had been in a collision with a bus.

An 81-year-old woman was taken to hospital where she remains in a serious condition. Her family are aware.

A man who was also injured has since been discharged from hospital.

The driver of the bus stopped at the scene and there have been no arrests, according to Police.
