THE University of West London (UWL) has been flooded with calls this morning, as clearing lines have opened and students are fighting for university places.

Expert advisors have been on hand all morning offering advice and support to students looking for courses that will set them up for fulfilling careers.

Professor Anthony Woodman, Deputy Vice-Chancellor of UWL, said: "For another year, we're seeing students coping with a great deal of disruption to exams, and more people wanting to retrain and build secure careers in new industries.

"It's all having another big impact, and we're getting a lot of calls now results are out and people can make decisions about their next steps.

"We are planning to run all sessions in person from September and we are seeing lots of interest from students who are wanting this on-campus experience.

"People are anxious about the next steps, and we understand that, so are once again working hard to reassure all those getting in touch that we will be matching them with the right courses based on not just their grades, but their experience, skills and career aspirations."

You can get in contact with UWL's clearing hotline on 020 8231 2468, or see all the courses available HERE.
