The Worst Person In The World

A wistful and life-affirming coming-of-age story about the quest for love and meaning in contemporary Oslo.

Nominated for two Academy Awards including Original Screenplay and International Feature Film, and two BAFTA awards including Leading Actress and Film Not in the English Language, the film revolves around Julie (Reinsve), a vibrant and impulsive young woman who, on the verge of turning thirty, is faced with a series of drastic choices that force her to continually reinvent and pursue new perspectives on her life.

Over the course of several years, Julie navigates multiple love affairs, existential uncertainty and career dissatisfaction as she slowly starts deciding what she wants to do, who she wants to be with, and ultimately who she wants to become.

Coda

Seventeen-year-old Ruby (Emilia Jones) is the sole hearing member of a deaf family – a CODA, child of deaf adults.

Her life revolves around acting as interpreter for her parents (Marlee Matlin, Troy Kotsur) and working on the family's struggling fishing boat every day before school with her father and older brother (Daniel Durant).

But when Ruby joins her high school's choir club, she discovers a gift for singing and soon finds herself drawn to her duet partner Miles (Ferdia Walsh-Peelo).

Encouraged by her enthusiastic, tough-love choirmaster (Eugenio Derbez) to apply to a prestigious music school, Ruby finds herself torn between the obligations she feels to her family and the pursuit of her own dreams.

True Things

Bored by the daily tedium of her office job, Kate (Ruth Wilson) is sleepwalking through life when a chance sexual encounter with a charismatic stranger (Tom Burke) awakens her.

High on infatuation and the exhilaration of this new relationship, she finds herself inexplicably drawn to this mysterious new man.

Hoping he will provide the escape she so desperately desires, she embarks on an emotionally dangerous journey that slowly begins to consume her.

Coppelia

Innovative family feature Coppelia combines enchanting animation and live action dance in a modern retelling of the love story between Swan and Franz, jeopardised by Dr. Coppelius and his uncannily beautiful protégée Coppelia.

With a diverse and world-class cast including Michaela DePrince, Daniel Camargo, Vito Mazzeo and Dame Darcey Bussell, DBE, the unconventional adaptation sees Dr. Coppelius (Mazzeo) as a cosmetic surgeon, whose lure of superficial beauty poisons the town. Swan (DePrince) must uncover the truth about the popular newcomer who puts her community and the life of her beloved Franz (Daniel Camargo) in danger.

Modern and fast paced, the dialogue-free film features a blend of musical influences from classical to electronic, bringing the story to life like never before. As the townspeople come to learn, in the age of social media and an increasingly image conscious culture – it's never been more important to be yourself.

Sing 2

Buster (Oscar® winner Matthew McConaughey) and his cast have turned the New Moon Theater into a local hit, but Buster has his eyes on a bigger prize: Debuting a new show at the Crystal Tower Theater in glamorous Redshore City.

But with no connections, Buster and his cast—including harried mother pig Rosita, rocker porcupine Ash earnest gorilla Johnny and the rest of the gang have to sneak their way into the world-famous Crystal Entertainment offices, run by a ruthless mogul wolf named Jimmy Crystal .

In a desperate attempt to get Mr. Crystal's attention, Gunter spontaneously pitches an outrageous idea that Buster quickly runs with, promising that their new show will star lion rock legend Clay Calloway (Bono). Problem is, Buster has never met Clay, an artist who shut himself away from the world more than a decade ago after the loss of his wife and hasn't been seen since.

As Gunter helps Buster dream up an out-of-this-world theatrical masterpiece, and the pressure (and sinister threats) from Mr. Crystal mount, Buster embarks on a quest to find Clay and persuade him to return to the stage. What begins as Buster's dream of big-time success becomes an emotional reminder of the power of music to heal even the most broken heart.
