A Brentford nursery has collected 100 Easter Eggs alongside other donations of tinned food and dried goods to give to a Brentford food bank in time for the Easter holidays.

The Pump House Day Nursery, just off Brentford High Street, first made contact with St Paul's food bank, part of the Parish of St Paul and The Good Shepherd, Hounslow, at the beginning of the pandemic last year.

The nursery is keen to give back to the community which has been so supportive to the nursery since its doors opened in 2019.

Nursery Manager Kim Cobham said: "We have a long-standing relationship with St Paul's which we're keen to maintain - having made further donations over the past year to help during the pandemic.

"We are thrilled to once again be able to provide them with food, including a selection of Easter eggs, which we hope will bring a little joy to families this Easter.

"At the Nursery itself we will be celebrating Easter with a host of fun activities for our children to get involved in, including arts and crafts in our bespoke atelier, and lots of outdoor fun in the secure garden area."

Pump House Day Nursery provides inspiring environments to children aged 12 weeks to five years and is part of the independent CC Nurseries group, which already provides inspirational Early Childhood Learning and Care for over 500 families in settings across England and Scotland.

The Nursery is accepting applications for enrolment, and a physical tour of the Nursery can be undertaken by interested families, by emailing [email protected], calling 020 8003 0123 or visiting www.phdaynursery.co.uk
