Housing 21 is looking for a Domestic Assistant.

Housing 21 is a leading national provider of retirement housing and care services for people aged 65 and above.

  • You will provide a range of domestic services including cleaning and shopping for residents in their home based on individual requirements, ensuring residents' needs are met.
  • Assist Housing Services staff in the routine testing and monitoring of health & safety procedures including Fire Alarm testing
  • Deals with emergencies and acts appropriately with regard to health and safety issues.
  • Ensure levels of cleaning materials are maintained and equipment is in good working order, escalating to the Manager for replacements when necessary.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), which will be paid for by Housing 21.
