The family-run car dealership based in Brentford will host its last ever Classics & Cake car meet at The Factory on Sunday, 17 March.

Founded in 2015 by Merlin McCormack, The Duke of London has been at The Factory on Catherine Wheel Road since 2018 in what was meant to be temporary whilst it found a permanent site.

However, fast forward five and half years later and the day has now come for the car hub to relocate.

The Duke of London's automobile hub, bar and restaurant is set to move to Ballymore's new car park on Brentford High Street in April.

McCormack and The Duke of London team has said: "Of course with redevelopment and change comes compromise, but we are extremely lucky to have found somewhere nearby that is actually much better fit for purpose for Duke altogether.

"Ballymore have been beyond incredible to us and have expressed their gratitude to us and our community by facilitating this move to our new home.

"We cannot thank them enough. The new space will of course continue to host a plethora of Duke and external events.

"This isn't the end, just goodbye for now."

The final Classics & Cake car meet at The Factory starts from 9am alongside Duke's reggae event, Groove Seekers.

Duke's bar Plonkers, will be open from 10am serving Mimosas and Bloody Marys, plus the Brewery Tap will be open from midday serving drinks.

100% of all ticket proceeds from the Classics & Cake event go towards Cocoon Care After Care, a charity supporting young people within the area in leaving the care system.

Tickets with parking for super and classic cars have sold out with only standard entry tickets remaining.
