The deadline to apply for a postal vote in the upcoming local elections has passed, but if you are unable to attend your polling station in Brentford on May 5, there is still time to apply for a vote by proxy.

To nominate a person of your choice to vote on your behalf, simply download and complete the application form at the Borough of Hounslow website.

Completed application forms can then be returned as a scanned attachment to [email protected] or by post to: Electoral Services, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, TW3 3EB.

The deadline to apply for a vote by proxy is 5pm on Tuesday, April 26.

Hounslow voters who requested a postal vote are advised to keep an eye out for their postal vote pack to arrive, as they were sent out this week.

If you have requested a postal vote but have not received it by April 28, contact the Hounslow Elections team by emailing [email protected]
