STUDENTS from Green School for Boys and Girls have successfully repaired and repainted Brentford Bridge.

The students teamed up with Hounslow Highways and Topbond PLC to restore the bridge's condition.

The students painted beautiful images of wildlife (including bees), along with famous Brentford landmarks (such as the Princess Royal pub) and things to do with Brentford FC (such as the club badge and Griffin Park stadium).

Hounslow Council took to Twitter to praise the fantastic work the school students did, referring to the images as 'magnificent' and claiming that they brought the bridge 'back to life'.
