Syon Park will be transformed once more by a magical display of lights and music in an enchanted woodland event, starting this Friday.
The 600-year-old gardens will be illuminated with an array of lighting effects - from high-tech lasers to low tech candles – to take visitors on an atmospheric wintry walk through the historic grounds as darkness falls.
Now in its 15th year, the trail will wind through the arboretum passing the sixteenth century Syon House, and end at the spectacular Great Conservatory.
A spokesperson from Syon House said: "It's romantic, it's beautiful – and if you love trees this is for you.
"It's a cliché but it really is "fun for all the family"! When would you otherwise have a chance to walk through a wood or a garden at night?
"The whole Syon team love this event – and we want you to come along and enjoy it too."
The event is put together by a team of lighting designers and Syon staff so you can also ask them about the trees.
There will be refreshments from street food vendors and guests are reminded to wrap up warm and make sure you're wearing stout shoes.
They have also put on quieter sessions this year, offering reduced capacity sessions for people with disabilities and their families.
These are especially suitable for visitors with hidden disabilities and offer an opportunity to enjoy the Enchanted Woodland in a less crowded environment.
The event will take place from 12 November to 28 November, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only.
Doors open when it gets dark from 5.00pm.
Adult tickets from £10.00 and children (3 – 15) £7.50.
